Bianca Birra, a light high fermentation beer from Ca' Verzini, is a beer that pairs well with white meats; grilled fish, white fish carpaccio (seabass, bream, and amberjack) or for raw shellfish; light first courses such as lemon risotto or herb tagliolini; fried foods, cheeses with jams and honey.
