The grapes for the production of this Soave DOC Pigno come from a vineyard located in the historic hills of the classic Soave within the geographical area of Pigno. The soil is volcanic and the cultivation method is the Veronese pergola.
The grapes are harvested in October. The wine is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled cement tanks. Soave classico Pigno is bottled in spring.
