This Soave DOC Tenda from 2021 produced by Cantina Corte Mainente, has a straw-yellow color, with a fresh and intense aroma that recalls white peach, yellow flowers, and cedar. Very elegant both on the nose and palate. Good length.

The vineyard where the Soave Doc Tenda is produced is located, as you might imagine, on Mount Tenda, the hill where the Soave castle stands. The type of soil is limestone and the exposure is to the south. We manually harvest the grapes in October. The wine ferments in temperature-controlled cement tanks. The Soave classico Tenda ages for one year on fine lees in cement tanks.
Corte Mainente is located near the Scaliger Castle of Soave. The winery produces, on just over 10 hectares, particularly interesting wines with a strong personality. Go to the Corte Mainente Winery page
