Soave DOC Netrroir from 2021 produced by Cantina Corte Mainente is a wine made from a selection of the best grapes from our vineyards, with a portion of the bunches dried for a few weeks in a fruit room.
Netrroir is fermented and aged in used barriques and in concrete tanks. The fermentation lasts about a month between November and December. The wine is then aged for about a year.
Corte Mainente is located near the Scaligero Castle of Soave. The Winery produces, in just over 10 hectares, particularly interesting wines with a strong personality. Go to the page of Cantina Corte Mainente
