This Soave DOC from 2021 produced by the Sandro De Bruno winery, grown on the volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona. Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes convey very pleasant mineral and savory notes, alternating with fruity, citrus, and herbal scents. It is a wine with a fresh and enveloping taste.

The Soave DOC from 2021 produced by the agricultural company Sandro De Bruno is made in the Roncà - Montecchia (VR) area on the volcanic hills in the province of Verona at an altitude between 80 and 150 meters above sea level. It is made from 100% Garganega grapes that grow on a perfect soil which is volcanic. The age of the vines is about 30 years and their yield per hectare is equal to 110 q.li.

Soave doc Sandro De Bruno: appetizers and cicchetti
Perfect as an aperitif paired with tasty fish cicchetti such as Sarde in saor and avocado and salmon tartines. It also pairs well with lunch or dinner, perfectly complementing first courses like seafood risotto, or unique meals such as poke with salmon and avocado, or main courses like Fillet of Bream in Foil.
This Soave DOC from 2021 produced by the Sandro De Bruno winery presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections and good consistency. It impresses with its intensity and its clear aromas, which express fruity notes of almond, yellow peach, and lime, accompanied by floral hints of linden, acacia, and daffodil. Distinctly mineral sensations alternate with notes of sage and thyme, slight hints of delicate honey and Mediterranean scrub. The sip is dry and elegantly enveloping, in perfect balance between the firm sapidity and the inviting citrus freshness.
