This Champagne Grande réserve Brut Cru Ay produced by Roger Brun is made through a vinification in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, and aging for two years. Addition of unselected barrels from our Ay-La Pelle or Cuvée des Sires with 1/3% of reserve wine.
