This Champagne Romance Premier Cru Brut Rosé by Roger Brun is produced through a vinification in red “saigné”, meaning that the grapes will be crushed and left to macerate until the desired color is achieved. The maceration, however, is short: it lasts for just one night instead of the minimum five days required to obtain a red wine.
