The harvest for creating this Sassello Rosso di Montalcino DOC of 2022 is characterized by the meticulous selection of the best grapes in the company's vineyards exposed to the southeast with sandy-loam texture and the presence of limestone plates. The aging process then takes place with one year in French oak Barrique, 50% new (1st passage) and 50% used (2nd passage). Finally, it is bottled for 3-4 months.
