This Radiosa Docg "Passerina" by Cherri d'Acquaviva from 2021 is produced using a cold prefementative maceration technology for 24 hours, with a gentle pressing of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature and the subsequent maturation takes place in steel tanks for a few months.

This Radiosa Docg "Passerina" by Cherri d'Acquaviva has a straw yellow color with slight green reflections. On the nose, it releases an aromatic intensity typical of the grape variety with enveloping fruity aromas and notes of apple and pineapple. On the palate, it expresses freshness and intensity.
