The milk is enriched with natural whey starter and rennet, and then it undergoes the coagulation phase. Maturation occurs through natural lactic fermentation. At the end of the maturation, the curd is manually stretched and shaped. Subsequently, the product is cooled in cold water to firm up, and then salted in brine. The mozzarella is packaged in convenient containers with preservation liquid to ensure freshness and quality.
