Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) to maintain the organoleptic characteristics. The wine is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal stability. Bottling occurs in a sterile vacuum line, ensuring maximum quality and integrity of the final product.
