The Ready Sauce Tomato and Basil from AgriTù is a condiment made with organic tomato and basil
The sauce is made following the ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation and using organic tomato puree from AgriTù. Every phase of the production process is carried out in a craft manner: the raw materials are carefully selected, washed, and slowly cooked. The ready-made sauce is bottled at a temperature of about 60°C, and immediately after sealing, the jars are sterilized in an autoclave for at least 30 minutes. This ensures that the product has organoleptic qualities very similar to those of a freshly made sauce, while also providing guaranteed safety and quality.
