PASTA 50%: flour of wheat type “0”, durum wheat semolina, mixed with egg 18%, water.
FILLING 50%: braised beef 80%, grana cheese (milk, salt, rennet), bread crumbs (flour of soft wheat type "0", brewer's yeast, salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper, rosemary, vegetable extracts, natural flavors, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (onion, celery, carrots).
