Valpolicella Doc Superiore Mithas 2010 - Organic and Biodynamic - MAGNUM

Mithas is the excellence of the production of Marinella Camerani. Wines produced only in exceptional vintages, with the best grapes and very limited productions. We can rightly call them limited edition. In these wines, there is all the expressive strength of a land that has remained pure and wild, and all the ability of a great winemaker to tame such exuberance, enhancing all aspects of elegance and structural power. All Mithas wines come from the grapes of the Macie vineyard, one of the best in the whole estate. Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella are the grapes used. An elegant, refined wine endowed with a delicate mineral finesse and a pleasantly spicy hint of black pepper that enhances the strength of the red fruit. 
Pairing. A great wine for binding and refined dishes, always particularly spicy. Ideal with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged 30 months.

Corte Sant'Alda, Veneto

Corte Sant’Alda is a splendid reality in the Veronese hills in the Valle di Mezzane. Biodynamic by nature, it is the natural expression of the thoughts of a great woman and interpreter of Italian enology. Marinella Camerani was voted the best winemaker in Italy in 2009 by Gambero Rosso, but her simplicity and concreteness remain substantial qualities of her success. Marinella has an intimate relationship with her vineyards and loves the wild land where she has decided to make her home and build her family. Her wines, so elegant and pure, embody the spirit of these gentle hills that remained unexplored for years. A life intense and courageous, that of Marinella, is narrated in a novel, “Con la terra tra le mani,” published by Cierre, which takes place among the estates. Her wines are an act of love and respect for nature in the search for the strength and energy that are the heritage of the land.
