Malga Novezza full form

The flora of the pastures of Lessinia is said to be one of the best in Europe, thanks to its proximity to Lake Garda. The mountain cheeses from this area are particularly fragrant and yellow. The Malga Novezza is produced only with summer milk from the malghe located among these mountains and pastures. Aged for 2-3 months. The flavor is sweet and intense with a pleasant savoriness and excellent balance. A very refined cheese.
