Organic Cottino ham
The Prosciutto Cottino BIO from Salumificio Pedrazzoli is a product of the Linea Primavera, made from a single muscle of the pig's thigh: the smallest one. Completely free of cover fat and rind, it is particularly light and lean. Particularly delicate in taste, it becomes an excellent side dish or an easy cooking ingredient.
The Pedrazzoli family is part of this context and began the production of cured meats since 1951. Even today, it represents one of the most significant brands in Italian production. The BIO Cottino ham from Salumificio Pedrazzoli can be consumed raw, thinly sliced on a nice slice of crunchy bread or in cubes in vegetable salads. Cooked ham is always perfect as an appetizer, alongside some pickled vegetables or some savory mustard. It is also great cooked as an ingredient for sauces to dress pasta.
