To prepare this ham, the best legs of the Italian heavy pig have been selected, raised for 10 months on a diet designed to enhance the healthiness and sweetness of the main product of the highest Italian cured meats.
The Poggio is selected for you exclusively with bone, certain that the highest quality of the ham is expressed in the intact product.
The Prosciutto Crudo di Parma from Salumificio Pedrazzoli is also presented in the Black & White version, made from both white and black pigs.
