Celery is the type of pasta that is best suited for vegetable creams and tomato sauce.
Also great for cheese creams (just choose your favorite among all these cheeses) based on Taleggio DOP or Gorgonzola DOP.
We recommend it with a reduction of Castelmagno DOP and fragments of Macadamia nuts with some Madagascar pepper.
