A tough and rich variety of durum wheat, it offers its best when grown in the lands of Puglia and Sicily. Expertly crafted by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its scent of summer hay, light dehydrated coconut, and freshly pulled pasta.
The flavor is primal, of stone-baked bread, butter, and bamboo.

The Felicetti spaghettoni are the ideal pasta for fish dishes typical of Italian tradition. Just imagining spaghetti with clams or spaghetti with tomato, potatoes, and mussels, or spaghetti alla tarantina makes us hungry!
They are also great for the red sauce made with Chianina IGP or with Pacchetella tomatoes from the Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP sautéed in a pan, with large prawns, scampi, or lobster.
