Kamut Line
Hard wheat of the Khorasan variety, the ancestor of modern grains, was born in the Middle East several thousand years ago.
Interpreted to perfection by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle aroma of white flowers and freshly shelled dried fruit, while the taste adds clear evocations of pine nuts and macadamia nuts with vegetal nuances of edible flowers.

The snails have been designed by Italian pasta makers to collect as much sauce and seasoning as possible.
Great with tomato and basil, we recommend them with asparagus cream and mint leaves for the summer; also, they are excellent for cold pasta with chunks of vegetables or in winter added to Tuscan acquacotta.
If properly stored, the product does not change its shelf life even after the package is opened.
