Durum wheat of the Khorasan variety, the ancestor of modern grains, originated in the Middle East thousands of years ago. Expertly crafted by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle aroma of white flowers and freshly shelled dried fruits, with a taste that adds clear evocations of pine nut and macadamia, along with vegetal nuances of edible flowers.

If appropriately stored, the product does not alter its shelf life even after the package is opened.
