Kamut Line
Hard wheat of the Khorasan variety, an ancestor of modern grains, originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago.
Interpreted according to the rules of the art by the master pasta maker, during cooking it reveals its gentle fragrance of white flowers and freshly shelled dried fruit, with distinct hints of pine nuts and macadamia nuts, along with vegetal nuances of edible flowers.

These tagliatelle have a texture that feels particularly silky and elegant on the palate.
They are very porous and therefore require significantly rich and complex sauces. The ideal sauce for this type of pasta is the white sauce made with Chianina IGP. The Nero di Chianina IGP is also excellent. They are also great with rabbit sauce or with vegetable creams such as cream of Jerusalem artichoke and crushed and sautéed almonds.
If properly stored, the product does not change its shelf life even after the package is opened.
