Farro Line
Used since the Celts, Egyptians, and Etruscans, thousands of years ago. Interpreted to perfection by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle fragrance of heather, fresh hazelnut, and cooked eggplant pulp, and in the mouth, it is crunchy, with a crust of bread, peanut butter, and a slight finish of jujube.

The Felicetti spelt fusilli are an excellent type of pasta for important sauces like Chianina IGP or with a good asparagus or sunchoke cream. Due to their nutty finish, they are also great paired with a leek cream and good Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
If stored properly, the product does not alter its shelf life even after the package is opened.
