Farro Line
Used since the Celts, Egyptians, and Etruscans, for several thousand years ago. Expertly crafted by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle aroma of machis, fresh hazelnut, and cooked eggplant pulp. In the mouth, it is crunchy, with notes of bread crust, peanut butter, and a slight finish of jujube.
