Crafted to perfection by the master pasta maker, during cooking it reveals its gentle scent of machis, fresh hazelnut, and cooked eggplant pulp, while in the mouth it is crunchy, with a crusty bread, peanut butter, and a slight finish of jujube.

Rigatini are a type of pasta that features grooves on the surface specifically designed to better catch the sauce with which they are dressed. For these rigatini, we recommend a good red sauce made from Chianina IGP or a Neapolitan sauce. If you are vegetarian, we also recommend these rigatini with an excellent organic zucchini sauce.
If properly stored, the product does not change its shelf life even after the package has been opened.
