Starting from the province of Verona, from lands unknown to most, with a centuries-old cereal vocation among ancient riverbeds, products from the old paths of the Adige and its branches in ditches and streams that served the local populations and their harvests. These were lands with many mills in the past, those of lower Verona, and even today there are important testimonies such as the Molino Rosso. In these places, Gaetano Mirandola has created a laboratory company of ideas even before a real dusty mill of flours and cereals. Here is born his idea of food balance which is based on knowledge. A value that concerns not only his company but above all those who operate on those lands to produce in a healthy and responsible way, respectful of the environment and its integrity.
