Organic rye beans 500g

It can be considered the preferred cereal of populations in cold climates. In Italy, it is particularly cultivated in the Dolomites of South Tyrol, and its use is exploited for numerous types of bread preparations. Rye is a very ancient cereal, also originating from the ancient Fertile Crescent of the Middle East, where it was initially considered a weed among more noble crops. Gaetano Mirandola sources this Rye from the best place where the peasant culture of cultivation still perseveres: South Tyrol. Its flavor is strong and characteristic. Molino Rosso grinds it with stone and retains within it the oil of wheat germ, which represents an extraordinary hypervitaminic nutritional source.
