Organic pearl barley beans 500g: How is it produced

Antico Molino Rosso, Veneto

The sweet little boat resting on the Menago stream welcomes all those arriving for the first time at the Antico Molino Rosso by Gaetano Mirandola. A captivating image that captures the essence of this beautiful organic reality of high-quality flour and cereal production. Water, earth, man. The virtuous triangle that generates life. Gaetano Mirandola has always been recognized as one of the most active and important ambassadors and communicators of the BIO value in Italy. Starting from the province of Verona, from lands unknown to most, with a centuries-old cereal vocation among ancient riverbeds, produced by the old pathways of the Adige and its branches in ditches and streams that have served local populations and their harvests. Once there were lands with many mills in the lower Verona region, and even today there are important testimonies like that of Molino Rosso. Gaetano Mirandola has created a laboratory company of ideas in these places even before it became a real dusty mill of flour and cereals. Here, his idea of nutritional balance, based on knowledge, was born. A value that concerns not only his company but especially those who work on that land to produce in a healthy and responsible manner, respecting the environment and its integrity. A strong action of raising awareness and communication towards cereal-producing companies, bakers, and all artisans who worked with those flours. An effort that has borne fruit and today has changed the way quality is conceived among operators and, increasingly, among consumers. When you buy a Molino Rosso flour, you participate in a process of environmental, economic, and productive sustainability. All while respecting human rights and the cleanliness of creation. Gaetano Mirandola has accustomed the world of communication to talk about biodedicated companies, that is, realities that produce only what they can based on the seasons and what Mother Nature provides each year. There is nothing chemically forced. Nothing stressful for nature and plants. It is a new concept that brings man closer to the earth and makes him a participant in its essentiality. We selected the products together with Gaetano, who has reserved for us an exclusive that enriches our virtual shelves; that sixth sense that every form of life has… its soul.
