Organic peeled oats in kernels 500g: How is it produced

Antico Molino Rosso, Veneto

The sweet little boat resting on the Menago stream welcomes all those who are arriving for the first time at the Antico Molino Rosso of Gaetano Mirandola. A suggestive image that captures the essence of this beautiful Organic reality of producing high-quality flours and cereals. Water, earth, man. The virtuous triangle that generates life. Gaetano Mirandola has always been recognized as one of the most active and important ambassadors and communicators of the BIO value in Italy. He started from the province of Verona, from lands unknown to most, with a centuries-old cereal vocation among ancient riverbeds, products from the old routes of the Adige and its branches in ditches and streams that have served the local populations and their harvests. Those of the lower Verona were lands with many mills in the past and there are still important testimonies today, such as the Molino Rosso. In these places, Gaetano Mirandola created a company laboratory of ideas even before a real dusty mill of flours and cereals. Here arises his idea of dietary balance based on knowledge. A value that concerns not only his company but especially those who work on those lands to produce in a healthy and responsible manner, respectful of the environment and its integrity. A strong action of raising awareness and communication towards cereal-producing companies, bakers, and all artisans who worked those flours. An effort that has borne fruit and today has changed the way to conceive the quality of mill products among operators and, increasingly, among consumers. When you buy a Molino Rosso flour, you participate in a process of environmental, economic, and productive sustainability. All in respect of human rights and the cleanliness of creation. Gaetano Mirandola has accustomed the world of communication to talk about biodedicated companies, meaning realities that produce only what they can based on the seasons and what Mother Nature reserves each year. There is nothing chemically forced. Nothing stressful for nature and plants. It is a new concept that brings man closer to the earth and makes him a participant in its essentiality. We selected the products together with Gaetano, who reserved for us an exclusive that enriches our virtual shelves; that sixth sense that every form of life has... its soul.
