Organic corn pappardelle 500g

"Corn" pasta is obtained from the simple mixing and kneading of corn flour and water.
It has a low caloric and protein content, and holds up well during cooking. To enjoy the pasta as per good Italian tradition, it is produced artisanally, drawn through bronze dies slowly, reaching a maximum temperature of 36 degrees and dried on wooden frames for 36 hours.
