The boxes we have chosen are made of double-wave cardboard, thus a guarantee of solidity and resistance to shocks, but not only: to make them even safer, we fill them with paper, a decidedly eco-friendly packaging. If necessary, however, for example for wine bottles, in order to ensure that the products arrive intact, we use bubble wrap. The adhesive tape is branded Spaghetti & Mandolino, not only an embellishment, but also the guarantee that we are the senders and that your order has not been touched by anyone else.

In your package you will find the products you purchased here on our e-commerce but we must make a clarification about this: remember that the availability on our site may vary since they are all handmade products

. What does it mean? It means that it could happen that our suppliers have to supply us with the product you want to buy and for this reason we ask you to be a
little patient. The freshness of the products is essential for us and for this reason we always try to find the latest production lines!

Orders whose products are available, after confirmation of payment by credit card or PayPal, are entrusted to the express courier in an average of 3 days. In the case of a bank transfer, on the other hand, the date of receipt of the transfer itself will prevail and not the date of execution, since it can be revoked for the next 24 hours.

It could happen, especially at times of high turnout, that some products go out of stock and the procurement times become longer than expected. If this happens, one of our representatives will contact you to inform you and propose alternatives.
