The Gran Baby goat caciotta is a semi-hard table cheese with a slightly eye-dotted texture, made entirely from goat's milk.
Produced with a short maturation period of about 45-60 days, it has a smooth, non-edible rind that is light yellow in color. Very rich in calcium, it is suitable for the little cheese lovers. It has a typical pronounced flavor, yet at the same time delicate, with a consistent white paste.
